This is a mail forwarding service.  We pay this service to sort and toss obvious junk mail.  They hold our mail and then forward it to us via UPS or Fed-Ex when we contact them and give them a forwarding address along our travels.  We then pay a fee based on the amount (by weight) of mail they box up and send to us. 

 

We appreciate all the thoughtful offers of sending us care packages along the way, but we must ask that you not send such packages.  (It’s so hard to refuse!)  This is especially important as we travel to the Bahamas where we would be responsible for paying duties on any packages in addition to the charge for the shipping from the mail forwarding service.
